Health Coaching

As a Health Coach, I bring my skills, experience and knowledge to guide you in making decisions and taking steps towards the life you envision living. I take a holistic approach to guiding you to making sustainable, long term changes.

Everyone has their own definition of health, and their own vision of what a healthy and happy life looks like. My goal is to guide you to defining your vision, and helping you to create a stress and worry free plan to achieve that vision.

You will learn to connect the dots to get from where you are to where you want to be.

You will learn to recognize your strengths and passions and harness them and turn them into something truly incredible. You will see that you are capable of so much more than you realize.

Together we will identify areas of focus, develop action steps and accountability measures to allow you to realize your goals. We will develop a detailed outline of how you are going to achieve your goal.

With a support system in place to keep you on track change can be easier than you think.

It is way easier to make changes when you have someone rooting for you, who is you allay in your journey.

Someone who is wholly focused on supporting you and helping you discover your truth. I like to think of them as your sherpa, walking alongside of you and carrying part of the load to the top of your personal mountain.

Individual Coaching

I will guide you through the process of behaviour change. We will co create a relationship based on trust, confidentiality, honesty and forward movement. We will work together over a 16 week period, meeting every other week. Cost $175 per month (times 4).

Performance Based Nutrition Coaching

Do you travel while you train hard? Do you struggle with planning your nutrition during these times?

Do you have a hard time planning your nutrition around your training? Find yourself bonking after long runs? Or just walking around hungry all the time and cant figure it out? Do you feel like you don’t have time to get fueled properly?

Are you new to plant based cooking and training? Want some help navigating that and making sure you are properly fueled for your training?

I can help you identify and implement strategies that work for you to avoid these situations.

One hour session limited to current New Leaf Endurance athletes. Cost $60
