New Leaf Endurance offers different levels of coaching services depending on you budget, level contact you require and your current running ability. All coaching levels are available with in person meetings if you live in the Halifax area or online (phone, Skype, FaceTime etc.). If you would like coaching but the plans listed below are not in your budget, please reach out to us  and we can work something out.

Assessment

Prior to developing a training plan every athlete is required to attend an initial assessment meeting. From this meeting key information will be gathered to complete a nutrition evaluation, client profile, injury assessment and a custom training plan. Thought the assessment process we will mutually decide which program is the best fit for you. The initial assessment for all athletes is $100.

Online Coaching 

  • Flexible training plan with updates based on training progress and life changes
  • Coaching support and feedback via email for $50/month
  • 1 email/week
  • All branches listed below are also available for online coaching

Branch 1  

  • Flexible training plan with updates based on training progress and life changes
  • Monthly check in meetings
  • This options requires a self motivated athlete as there is less coaching support than provided with Branch 2
  • 1 email/week
  • $125/month

Branch 2  

  • Flexible training plan with updates based on training progress and life changes
  • Monthly check in meetings
  • This options offers more hands on coaching and feedback than Branch 1 and is typically recommended for new clients
  • 3 emails/week
  • $175/month

Branch 3 

  • Flexible training plan with bi-weekly updates based on training progress and life changes
  • Bi-weekly check in meetings
  • This option provides the highest level of coaching support and is ideal for someone require extra motivation and feedback to reach their goals.
  • 3 emails/week
  • $245/month
